To change your rDNS for your IP addresses, please log in to our Control Panel at https://shop.pfcloud.io/index.php?rp=/login.

Now search your product and press "Manage".

You should get redirected to our Management page, where you will find this option called "Reverse DNS":

On this page, you can manage your Reverse DNS records.
