As per our Terms of Service, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method due to anti money laundering laws.
A refund to credits is possible with a good reason and will be decided on a per-case basis, open a ticket if you have questions about this.
Chargebacks on PayPal/Credit card will get closed automatically due to our service being pre-paid, your account might get closed without notice if you are filing a chargeback.
